Ann Filgate has worked for the Sasol Group of Companies for over 30 years mainly serving in the field of Human Resources.  Her current portfolio is that of Manager, HR Operations (Rosebank) for Sasol Technology.  She holds BA degree in Industrial Psychology and a Honns Degree (Education and Training).   During a break of 3 years from the corporate environment she founded Coreworks, a small management/leadership consulting and coaching business, where she gained entrepreneurial experience.

She is a registered COMENSA Coach (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and her fields of interest cover, leadership & women empowerment, mentoring and coaching,  Parallel thinking processes, developing and designing new models and the impact thereof on Personal, Business and Organisational Change / Transformation.  She was trained in Polarity Management by Dr Barry Johnson (USA)
